Since I've been driving cars I've never gotten more then a few years out of a car battery so it was no big surprise when the battery in my Vette wouldn't take a charge again. Yesterday when I went to go to the gym it wouldn't start so I left the charger on it overnight but today no battery joy so no gym again.

Waiting for Christine to get home so that she can drive me and my old battery over to Pep Boys to pick up a new one. The old one has about six months warranty left on it but it's so dead the car can't be started so it's easier just to go pickup a new battery and put it in myself rather then have the car towed over to the car place that put the last battery in.

Watched Let Sleeping Dogs Lie yesterday. It was a bit sick, somewhat twisted, kind of sad and tragic, we really liked it.

Then today watched we watch Hotel Rwanda today. It's very disturbing especially since it is based on real events. Not really my kind of movie but worth watching.

Watching all these movies is really making me want to replace my old 55" rear projection TV with something a bit better. Our TV sits catty-corner so there really isn't much reason to get a flat screen TV since it is just going to sit on a stand anyway and the DLP TVs seem to give a lot more bang for the buck especially in the larger sizes. Been looking at the Samsung HL67A750 67-Inch 1080p LED Powered DLP. I like that it uses LEDs instead of halogen lamps and the picture seems to be very good.

We also want to get a new couch for the TV room so now we are in a bit of a conundrum of which to get first.
