The sun is out, birds are squawking, and we have been having nasty afternoon storms. Just topical tropical Florida hot and sticky weather.
Got some relaxing beach time in before the storms hit yesterday but I've not even tried to make it out of the house today, it's just plain nasty out.
Hoping to actually make it back to the gym tomorrow. Damn it is hard to return to the gym after not going for a few weeks.
