There is something dead and partially eaten on the floor of our empty den. I guess our cats fetched their own treats this morning.
Coming back from the couch store yesterday I almost hit a shopping cart on the freeway that fell off the back of a pickup truck at 70+ MPH. I could see a bunch of other cars colliding with it in my rear view mirror.
BrandsMart will beat Amazon's price on TVs if you pull it up on your iPhone whilst there.
Seems like just yesterday I paid a lot of money for all this crap.
Probably should have also put the old rear projection TV out too but we still haven't decided if if we are putting it in our bedroom and tossing the old huge CRT TV in there or tossing the old rear projection TV. I see that much of what we put out for bulk trash has already has been taken by the trash scavengers that cruise our streets so I guess it doesn't matter if we put out a TV after this month's bulk trash has already been picked up.
New TV and couch is coming tomorrow. I called DirecTV today to get the info on upgrading to HD. I have to sign a two year contract and pay $199 for the HD DVR. I hate their non Tivo HD DVRs. Makes me want to switch back to Cable but I hate Comcast cable too. it's a real quagmire and I'm still very undecided on what I'm going to do. Going to run over to Target in a bit and pickup the GE HDTV Quantum Antenna so that at least I'll have over the air HD until I decide what to do not to mention it will come in handy if we get a bad storm and our satellite goes out.
Was going to go to the gym this morning but I'm really congested and coughing up stuff, not sure if I'm caching a cold or just allergies, hopefully it is just allergies.
