Almost that time to blow stuff up
Watched The Love Guru the day before yesterday. Didn't think is was as good as the Aston Powers movies but it had some pretty funny moments like the meeting in Mini Me's miniature office.
Last night we watched the last three episodes of season one of Hex. Bummer that season two hasn't been released on DVD yet. Even more of a bummer that it got cancelled after the second season. I read that it was given a proper ending at least.
Today has been another hot, sticky, and wet day of work and errands along with playing fixit woman.
Ended up taking the passenger door all apart on my Vette and fixed the sticking door lock servo by drowning it in WD-40. Seems to be working just fine now. The dealer wanted almost a thousand bucks to fix it by replacing everything.
Then the satellite in my office went out. Best I can tell something ate the cable leading from the dish to my office. Spent about a half hour in hot sticky hell out in the rain fixing it.
Tomorrow is the day for people to shoot guns into the air, burn down their neighbor's homes, die from blowing themselves up or driving under the influence or from falling bullets.
Looks like we may get a visit from Bertha although it is way too far away at this point to know what the storm will do.
