If I start getting up any earlier I'll be getting up before I go to bed. Not sure why but I've been getting up before sunrise all week.
The comedy club the other night was ok but not great. It had the smallest tables and chairs that I have ever seen in a place meant for adults. We were packed in like sardines in a can and even the comedians commented on how small the tables were. We were in the first row so we had our feet on the stage, our elbows on the table behind us, and our very tiny table resting in our laps. Worst was the stale jokes by the main act that were already told by the warmup act. On the plus side it was decent bar food and it was non smoking. We did get almost one act's worth of laughs out of the three acts.
I wanted to invite some friends over and put our tree in the driveway so that we could set it on fire at midnight but Christine wants to visit with some of her friends who we be at a Pagan gathering so I guess I'm going to a Pagan gathering. I think they said something about there being fire dancers there or a tofu goat sacrifice or doing some alien anal probing... can't really remember what is suppose to take place. We were told to bring a dish. Guess I should try to find some pickled goat head and maybe a crucifix and some KY Jelly. I'm guessing that we wont be staying long either by our choice or theirs so maybe we will still have time to light up the tree.
