Played racquetball for almost three hours last night. At least I didn't get any injuries on the court like Christine who first got hit really hard by another player's racquet and then got a fat lip when a ball I was returning hit her in the face.
Today Christine and I played racquetball indoors at the gym. I was exhausted after less then one hour. Not sure if it was the fact we weren't playing doubles or being so beat from yesterday. It didn't help that the gunshot wound in my leg started really hurting, as it often does when I run, while playing. I'm probably going to hit the gym in the morning and do the treadmill and then we are suppose to play racquetball with a few other woman at the park in the evening.
Hopefully with all this exercise I'll loose some weight and get back in shape. Either that or drop dead. I guess either way I'll have accomplished something.
