End of hurricane season
If I start getting up any earlier I'm going to be waking up before I go to bed. I love the mild weather we enjoy here in the winter but wow do I hate it getting dark so early and then being woken up so early by the sun in the morning.
Made it through another hurricane season without any hurricanes. Started using up the generator gasoline in our cars last week. even with the two of us using the gas it will take a few months to use up. It's actually works out pretty good since I paid a lot less for the gas then what it now costs.
Went for a short bike ride today. There are feral iguanas everywhere. I heard that they are hurting our environment but they sure are kewl and even kind of cute in a prehistoric kind of way.
Got a flu shot today while I was at the doctor for a checkup. It was his idea for me to have one and it seems like a good idea but I've never had one before.
