Busy day
I feel like I've been hit by a bus. No kayaking or yard work today but went to the gym trying to work off this soreness.
For some odd reason today turned into a running around doing errands kind of day. Everything from hitting the tanning booth to more mundane things like even more grocery store shopping and a bunch of other little things I needed to pickup.
Spent the remainder of day of slaving to the computer getting today's work done.
