I had this nice peaceful day planned but things rarely go as planned.

Returned to the gym today and then stopped by Angel's place on the way home to take care of some unfinished biz and to pickup some movies that I'm chopping up for her to make promo pieces.

Then was just going home after Angel's place, so was taking my time, but then I got a phones call asking to let workers into my neighbor's place so ran over there.

Finally got home and a friend came by asking me to take some pics of here to use to some art magazine that she is going to be in so dragged out the photo equipment.

Then I get emails from the developer doing some script work for me on one of my severs needing a bunch of things from me.

Then I get a bunch of phone calls.

At the same time I'm trying to get my days work done.

So I end up trying to do a bunch of things all at once and none of them especially well.

Now I need to take care of a bunch of errands in the morning due to not getting chance to get to them today.

Going to take a nice hot bath and go to bed...

I would really have preferred if my neighbor had left me a pile of cash instead of two stupid cats that can't seem to figure out how to use cat doors. Fuck it is hard to get the nasty odor of cat piss out of a couch.

My two cats have always used the cat doors and done their thing outdoors so no litter box but I can't seem to train the two cats that my neighbor left me to use the cat doors and moving their litter into the patio only seems to result in the cats pooping and pissing all over our house.

Really bad thunder storms all night that kept on knocking the power out. Woke up to the Mac mini not shut down properly due to the UPS going dead after the power was out for awhile. On of its sparseimage got corrupt and it's still rebuilding it from a backup. Looked all over the house for the cable that came with the UPS so that I can hookup the Mac mini to its power monitor so that in the future it will shut down properly but ended up ordering a new one online. I knew when I cleaned the closet that I would end up needing some of the stuff that was thrown out. I can see how people become pack rats.

Didn't really get much work done this weekend other then chopping up some movies so tomorrow it going to be back to work.

Been working my ass off today trying to get somewhat caught up in work. I've decided to start using more vids instead of pics on promo material. Always a bit of a pain in making changes to how things have been being done but so far no real issues. Probably going to get Final Cut Express for working with vids. I've been using iMovie but need something with more features. Actually a few years ago when I first started using vids I bought Final Cut Pro but it was way more then I needed and at that time started using iMovie.

My neighbor's daughter gave me his Mac mini along with a Apple 23" flat screen. No one knows what the password is for the machine and I don't have a boot disk for it so going to just wipe the drive and clone one of my Mac laptops to it later today. Probably just going to use it to serve movies to my AppleTV and do the nightly backups of my servers. Seems like a bit of a waste for it but I have four Mac laptops already and don't have a lot of use for a computer that has to be plugged in. I'll throw a guest account on it so that when friends come over they can use it I guess.

Christine got back home late this afternoon and we went to the beach for a little while. I've really missed her and it's feels very good having her back home. We are probably just going to relax and maybe catch a movie or something tonight.

Yesterday we played racquetball and then did some bicycle riding. The heat and humidity on our bike ride really got to me and started what became a major headache that keep me awake on and off all night.

Woke up at 5am when Christine was heading off to school with a migraine from hell. Took even more migraine meds, puked, went back to sleep, woke back up and now feel fine now. This is not my preferred way to start the week.

Oddly I had a strange dream about the "Queen of mean" Leona Helmsley last night. I woke thinking how strange that was only to find out in the morning news that she had died last night. Unexplained stuff like that sure makes me question what this reality that we are existing in is.

Just a day of work planned for today and will probably not do much else but maybe I'll get some energy if I'm able to take a nap later.

It's really weird now that Christine isn't here during the week. What really makes it bad is that my neighbor has died, Angle is away on tour, another close friend of mine is stuck in her house under house arrest, and a few of my other close friends are also out of town so I'm kind of at a loss for what to do with myself after I finish up the day's work, chores, and errands.

So once again I have no debit card to use for a week or so until my new one shows up.

Going to spend tonight chopping up movies to promote with and probably call it an early evening. Planning on returning to the gym in the morning right after I go by Bank of America and pickup another almost useless temp debit card that basically only works in ATM machines

Got up before sunrise to see Christine off on her first day of school. She was suppose to leave yesterday afternoon but decided to spend the night and leave before sunrise this morning. Feels very odd being in the house alone again after having her here ever day for the past four months.

Still have a touch of this cold so going to wait a few more days before returning to the gym so just a day of work and errands planned. Oddly I once again have things to take care of at what was my neighbor's place now that his daughter owns the house. Woken up to having to change all my server passwords by my host. Had planned on totally taking the day off but spent a good part of this morning having to reset lots of passwords. Better safe then sorry but what a fucking hassle.

Still feeling like crap with this cold but a lot better today so today we planned on finally hitting a museum that we had been wanting to visit only to find out that it has closed.

Keeping a watchful eye on the storm heading our way. It's still very far away and not much of a storm yet but... In the past I wouldn't have paid any attention to it but after two years of hurricane hell and the way my luck has been the last few months I'm watching this one.

Wow do I hate these new ATMs that Bank Of America has switched to. The machine almost never reads my checks correctly and I have to stand there feeding them in one at a time. Today the machine refused to take on of my checks altogether so tomorrow I have to drive over there and take it inside in person. I'm really thinking that maybe it's time to look into switching banks.

Originally I was going to be switching FoxyAngel over to the H.264 movie format first but as things often go things haven't gone as planned and the first site for me to start using the H.264 format is Ana's site. Ana's H.264 movie previews are over here. Took me a few tries to get everything right but everything seems to be working in both Windows and Mac and in Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Oddly the one thing that gave me the most trouble was the CSS in Internet Explorer.

Other then running a bunch of errands this evening not doing much other then veging out in front of the TV with Christine and hopefully finding a decent movie or tow to watch.

Doctors, porn, computers, quiet time now that Ana is back in Miami. That pretty much sums up today's agenda.

Went to the doctors and spent more money and got more probably useless pills. Maybe it's time to find a witch doctor or try sucking on a chicken''s asshole. Next week I get to have more fun and expensive tests. Actually I do seem to be getting better but unlike in the past I'm not going to wait until next time I get a UTI to seek further treatment. This time I'm trying to find the cause of these recurring UTIs and put an end to them.

We drove Ana back to South Beach late last night after a very productive visit. Always nice to have a fast learning when teaching someone Photoshop and iMovie plus we shot lots of great content.

I've got one of my laptops rendering movies that I'll start putting up soon as everything is rendered. It's really nice and very productive having multiple computers to do stuff but it looks a bit like a scene out of the matrix with all these screens running. This will be the first time I'll be putting up everything in H.264 format in three sizes plus in iPod format. I'll post a link to her tour's preview page as soon as I get the free sample movies on her tour up.

I had hoped to get some web work done today since I haven't got anything done in a few days due to being busy with Ana but I was kind of a mess after the doctors. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a little bit of work done but I'm not counting on it.

Getting some quite time in this evening alone with Christine. Both of us aren't feeling all that great, she is menstrual and I'm still miserable due to this UTI, so we are very much enjoying cuddling while watching TV in bed. Ana is fun to have around for a few days, who wouldn't want a wild Hispanic giant boobed tranny for a few days, but it's nice to have peace and quite again.

Tomorrow we are going over to my neighbor's place who just died. His daughter has come to town and is staying there and has asked us to spend some time with her whilst relaxing at the pool. It's really starting to set in that my friend has really died but still doesn't seem completely real.

Up insanely early, twice this week, in order to catch the morning light for the shoot that we did at my neighbor's place. It's really sad and spooky at the same time shooting at his place. It doesn't seem real that he has died. His cats seemed really happy to have company for most of the day. I'm still waiting to hear from his family what is going to happen to his cats but I do have a few friends that are will to take them in and give them a good home. I would take them but they are indoor cats and my cats have cat doors so there would be no way to keep these cats indoors if I took them.

Other then spending the day shooting porn didn't do much of anything else. We got some great content shot, both pics and vids. It was a good thing that we started so early because we got very bad storms just as we switched from the outdoor shoots to the indoor shoots.

Besides shooting I have been spending time with Ana teaching her how to edit her vids in iMovie plus working with her Mac in general. She is a surprisingly quick learner and really interested in learning so I've been enjoying playing the role of teacher.

Not really sure what we all are doing tomorrow. Ana is spending the night again so we will probably shoot some more but also may go out and pickup some computer upgrades for her like more memory and storage.
