All these upgrades are killing my productivity. First I upgraded my laptop. Then I switched accounting software to QuickBooks Pro and then yesterday I upgraded Photoshop to CS3. New Photoshop seems real nice and all but I mostly used the ImageReady part of CS2 which has now been killed and I've yet to figure out how to duplicate the functionality of ImageReady's droplets using Photoshop's droplets.

Went by Home Depot earlier today to get something to hang my bird feeder from since I had it hanging from a tree and the squirrels kept on knocking all the food out of it. While I was there I also bought an orchid and hung it close enough to the fountain in my front yard that it would get a mist from it. This is my first orchid but I'm planning on getting a few more.

Did the gym thing first thing this morning and now just a day of work planned.

Late last night right after I got home from working with Angel on a new site we are developing I heard a knock at my door. Turned out it was Harley with her girlfriend. It had been some years since we last saw each other so we had lots of catching up to do. It was hard to believe that she was only seventeen when I took her in and gave her a home for a few years. Did the gym yesterday but I knew I was in trouble when at the gym I was having trouble staying awake.

Yesterday I had planned on spending the day working but ended up having an impromptu get together at my place with friends. We all ended up in my backyard and for some odd reason decided to start tossing pretzels at each other.

Fell asleep early last night and didn't wake up until late this morning. I guess my body finally decided that it needed rest. I feel like I'm coming down with a slight cold but it may just be my body recovering from the two weeks of partying a lot.

Yesterday I went down to down to South Beach with Christine and didn't get back until late in the evening so didn't get any work or anything at all done but did have a good time which is what makes living enjoyable.

Just a day of work planned for today. At my accountant's request I've switched over to QuickBooks Pro from MYOB. Always a real pain to switch accounting programs. Unlike QuickBooks payroll was built into MYOB so now that I've switched over to QuickBooks I went with BofA free payroll service instead of QuickBooks paid service so I'm also having to setup and learn that too.

Saw a specialist today about a molar that is not in great shape. Wasn't really given many options other then to loose it. It's the very last molar on my upper jaw so it isn't like I can't live without it but I was hoping on getting an implant if I do loose it but today I was told that it was not something that would be a candidate for an implant. For now I'm just going to leave it alone since it isn't bothering me but at some point I will have to do something so I'm hoping that technology will improve by then.

Now that I have a new computer I'm slowly doing software upgrades. I was planning on upgrading Photoshop this week but today after talking to my accountant decided to upgrade my accounting software from MYOB to QuickBooks Pro. I guess I could do both but would prefer not to be trying to learn two new programs at the same time.

Just planning on spending an evening relaxing at home with friends tonight.

Did the gym thing earlier and it has then just another boring day of making the porn and running errands.

Today has been the first day of me actually doing work on this new computer. I'm amazed at how much faster it is then my old one. Also it's nice having so much more work area with this bigger screen.

Going to just take it easy tonight and maybe have a friend over or something. I have an early dentist appointment that I'm really dreading. Not really sure what I'll need done but I'm sure that it is going to be expensive and painful.

Bought a new 17" Macbook Pro and a 30" Apple LCD. Wow this display is huge. Everything seems to have been migrated over while I slept last night and is working great.

It's strange being able to run Windows programs alongside my Mac programs. No Windows programs that I need but it's really nice being able to test my web pages in Window's browsers and movie players.

House guest left this morning and I've been trying to get caught up in everything now that I'm alone again.

My tranny friends are trying to get me to go out with them tonight but I'm knackered after two days and nights of hanging with Christine although who knows I may get a wild hair up my ass and hit Voodoo with them anyway.

Went out clubbing last night with my friend Christine. I'm twice her age so I'm amazed at how much we have in common and how much we enjoy each other's company. She's still here and we are thinking of going out together tonight again. Life is good.

My neighbor got really pissed off at me last night. In the ten years or so that we have been friends he has never raised his voice at me but he does have a bad temper. I'm still confused as to what I did to piss him off so bad that he even called me afterwards and screamed at me very angry on the phone getting very nasty with me. It really hurt me what he said to me and how he acted and I'm actually afraid of him at this point. Christine and I stopped by his place on the way out to the club and stayed for a bit over a hour. He seems to think that we plotted with the hookers he had there to take up his time so that he would have less time with them. I know the two girls that were there and I'm pretty good friends with one of them so I'm thinking he got jealous or something but I'm really not sure what set him off or even what he is so upset about. He is suppose to be leaving town for a month or so next week and I usually take car of his cats and watch over his house when he is gone so I'm wondering what is going to happen. Mostly I'm just in shock over his behavior. I guess I'll just wait and see if he calls me or something.

The Apple store finally opened by me. It's exactly one mile from my house which is really great. I'm probably going to finally replace my old 17" Powerbook with a 17" Macbook Pro. I may also get the 30" display although I already have the 23" display. I need to also upgrade to the new Photoshop CS3.

I don't seem to be getting any work done today which is not good. I'm really tired and in need of a nap since I only got a few hours of sleep last night but I'm really not very good at napping even when I'm really tired.

It's been a beautiful day here today so far.

Did the gym first thing this morning and then went down to Los Olas with my neighbor and helped him pick out some new clothes and stuff and then we had a lovely Italian lunch.

New tattoo is a bit sore but nothing too bad. Oddly it seems to hurt more when I put lotion on it.

Not really sure what I'm doing tonight if anything. I had a pretty good tie at Voodoo last weekend so was thinking of checking out what it's like on Friday night.

Got the tattoo that I've been wanting yesterday.

Woke up to red devil prints from it all over my sheets. It kind of funny to see. The same thing happened with the last tattoo that I got. It washes right out so no worries.

Today has just been as day of running around doing errands. I really need to get some work done but it isn't looking too good on getting anything productive done today at all.

Just another day of work planned for today but I'm probably getting another tattoo this evening. Yesterday I went by Cool Cat Tattoos and asked Mike to draw up something that I've been thinking about for some time and he is suppose to call me later today when it is done.

Yesterday I made an appointment for or oral surgery next week. I have a molar that my dentist says needs to come out so I'm seeing a periodontist that des implants. Somehow the whole idea of having a tooth pulled and then having screws put into my jaw sounds absolutely dreadful beyond description. He better give me some very good pain meds and lots of them.

Did gym thing and just been working so far today.

Been doing updates and site cleanup for Ana's TSMiamiGoddess most of the day.

It looks kind of windy outside but the sky is blue and it's looking to be a beautiful day otherwise. Kind of a shame to spend the day indoors but I've way too much work to do.

Saturday I went to the gym and then said fuck it to work and headed down to South Beach to pickup some DVDs with updates from Ana of TSMiamiGoddess.com and see what kind of amusement I could find. Ended up going out partying with Ana for the whole weekend. Somehow we ended back up in For Lauderdale and didn't get in to my place until the sun was coming up. I've got huge blisters on my feet from walking and dancing so much all night and my legs are killing me.

Just now got back from dropping off Ana back home in South Beach. Nothing like driving way down there and back home after having only a few hours of sleep all weekend but a big cup of coffee from 7/11 kept me awake and I'm back home safe.

Yesterday I had this day of getting caught up in work planned but all I managed to do was make it to the gym and then become one with my couch exhausted.

Amazing what actually getting a good night's sleep does. I feel myself again or at least someone who is ready to get some work done.

Still having allergies from hell so another day on allergy meds. Living between a burning swamp and the ocean is no fun but at least I'm on the ocean side.

Dealing with CCBill and Epoch today for two different site owners for two different reasons. One has changed their information so many times and has so many different webmasters that no one knows what information is correct with CCBill and what checks have been cashed and what checks are outstanding. On the other we are just trying to figure out how to raise the join price without creating new sub accounts which seems way more complicated then it should be.

Today is just a day of work, emails, phone calls, and maybe squeeze some R&R in tonight.

After two days of rest and lots of allergy meds along with a night of hard rain I finally almost feel human again. Not sure if all the rain put out the Everglades or not but it doesn't smell like burning swamp this morning.

Today has been a day of work, work, and more work. Been doing a cleanup of the TSMiamiGoddess.com domain and trying to straighten out the mess I've inherited from her last few webmasters. Another day of a scratchy throat, swollen watering eyes, and irritated lungs. At least I'm not hung over still.

Took allergy meds and went to the gym. After an exhausting few hours at the gym I ran some errands, did some tech work for Angel and become one with my couch.

Oh joy... another religious holiday.

Couldn't sleep last night so for lack of anything better to do shopped online and ordered a new mailbox for my house. Woken up too early by yard equipment being used in the rain. Oddly it stopped raining just as the yard guy finished.

Seems like everyone including me keeps on feeling like we are coming down with something and then in a day or so ill feel fine again, very odd.

Today would have been a gym day but I didn't feel all that great and my cleaning lady was suppose to clean today so I needed to be home to let her in but then she called saying that she didn't feel well. Hopefully I'll feel normal again by tomorrow and be able to make it to the gym.

Still trying to get use to my new mouse. I keep on messing with its acceleration but I'm liking it more and more as I use it. The rubber grips on its sides seem kind of pornographic to me for some odd reason.

Did a complete waste of time last night watching the movie Stay with a few friends. None of us liked the movie at all but what do we all know.

The weather people are already predicting a bad hurricane season but what the fuck do they know. Last year they said the same thing and we didn't get even one storm but we did have a few days of total panic and I still have a few hundred gallons of gas in my yard due to it all. Guess I should start stocking up on hang on to your ass and scream supplies soon. Going to get a couple of water bladders and store them on my roof this year in addition to all the other crap.

Did the gym thing today and then for the most part took the day off. Ran around doing errands and bought a new mouse. Got the Kensington Si300 Laser 3-Button Mouse. I'm really liking it although I'm still messing with its acceleration settings. I always get Kensington mice because of their outstanding mouse software.

Nothing planned for tonight. Still deciding if I'm going to call it an early evening or end up working into the night.

Was sound asleep when my cell phone rang at around 3 am when a friend called drunk and buzzed on coke needing a friend to talk to. Spent over a hour talking to her.
