Finally got a decent night's sleep.
Went to the gym first thing this morning. I'm noticing that I'm needing to put more weight on the resistance machines and use higher settings on the treadmill and Stairmaster. I guess this is a good sign but I don’t want to get too muscular looking, just firmer.
Was going to hit the beach this afternoon but the afternoon rainstorms hit first. ![]()
Looks like not much to do but get some work done which is probably a good thing seeing as how large my to do list is getting.
