Long exhausting day today
Went to the gym and then to Angel's to help in putting together a wooden phone booth prop.
The booth has turned out to be far more work then any of us thought it would be. It had been taken apart by someone else and was in many pieces. My friend Sharon was hired to put it back together and paint it after first removing all the glass from it so that it can be used for doing photo shoot.
Sharon is not a carpenter and nether am I so it has been figure things out as we go along. Lots of trips to my house to pickup tools from my garage and lots of trips to the hardware store to pick up things like sand paper, nails, screws, glue, and ask lots of questions.
The booth is mostly together now thanks to lots of hard work by Sharon. Tomorrow she is sanding it and maybe going to start painting it. Then after it is painted we need to assemble the for sides together and put the top on it and then one final coat of paint. Hoping to have it completely done by this weekend but to make things even more difficult Angel had a bunch of talent coming into town this weekend so things have been chaotic at Angel's to say the least.
Been a long day for me so I'm hitting the bed early tonight and going to try to get an early start on tomorrow as I may also be doing an afternoon pool shoot for Angel.
