Other then doing some errands and going to the gym didn't do much of anything yesterday other then spending the day relaxing at my neighbor's pool. I did end up being the cook somehow. Nothing like having the only vegetarian being the one that chars all the dead animal flesh on the grill.

My tattoo is finally not itching anymore and seems to be completely healed. I like the way it came out and am thinking of getting another one put over the big scar in my inner thigh were I was shot.

Looking to be another fucking beautiful day here. Other then working for a bit today not doing much of anything else today. WIll probably end up relaxing in my neighbor's pool along along with the girl from yesterday.

Went out last night down to Los Olas to do a little shopping and get a bite to eat and then hit a gay club that is mostly a men's bar called Cathode Ray. Music was decent and there was other woman there but I really just wasn't in the mood for clubbing so I went home early. I'm really very bored with the whole night scene down here and in need of finding something new. I feel like a stranger in a strange land...

It's a warm overcast day here in the land of fun and hellacious storms. Heat and humidity is already starting to be felt.

Doing the gym thing once I'm awake and in ugly gym clothes. Other than that not a lot planned other then making the daily porn.

Watched AeonFlux movie last night and loved it. Had no idea if it was going to be decent or not since all I knew about it was from back when I watched the anime a long time ago.

Allergies are really driving me crazy. This is the worst that I've ever had them. I may just say fuck it to work and everything else and go float in my neighbor's pool all day since that seems to help. The ocean would be even better but the water is still too cold. Guess I should take some allergy meds but I hate the way they make me feel.

Met with the vertical blinds installers today so that they could install the new blinds at my neighbor's house. Naturally all the measurements were wrong that the salesman took so nothing fit. They are suppose to come back at the beginning of next week for try number two.

Planning on hitting a club tonight and socializing with other humans or whatever is there. Other then that just taking it easy for the rest of the day.

Not a lot going on today other then working and a few errands. Allergies are kicking my ass the last few days and actually caused me to get out of bed before I had planned to.

I finally got our electric company to trim the mango tree in my backyard before it set anything on fire. Now if I can only get them to do something about the rotted pole. I am going to trim the mango tree a bit more on the side that faces my house but that should be about it for this year's tree trimming. I really miss the tree canopy that my house and yard was under before all these storms destroyed it.

I do need to still pickup a few more hurricane supplies but I see that we are all getting a tax break again starting May 21 so I'll probably wait until then to buy the rest of this year's stuff. I really hope that we don't get hit by storms again but I have this bad feeling that a cat 3 is going to hit us this year with a week storm hitting at the beginning of storm season again like the last two years.

Since I did nothing that I had planned on doing yesterday and instead just said fuck it to everything and instead hit the malls I'm doing all the things that I didn't do yesterday today like going to the gym and making the porn along with a few errands.

It's getting kind of boring but it is another absolutely beautiful day here today with blue skies and warm temps.

Things are getting crazy down here with everyone getting ready for this year's storm season. It is just about impossible to get an electrician or roofer or any kind of contractor right now. After calling a half a dozen electrical contractors the soonest that I could get one out to my neighbor's place to do some minor work is the second Monday of May. On top of this he has a 25kw generator sitting in his yard from last year's storm season that still has not been installed and the contractor just quit. Going to see about having the contractor that is coming out in May to do some work also finish the generator install.

On the plus side I actually got our electric company to trim the mango tree that was touching the wires behind my house.

Had planned on going to the gym and then home to work. Instead I just said fuck it and took the day off and hit the malls. Bought a bunch of tops, a pair of jeans, a purse, and a bunch of sunglasses. Ended up hooking up with someone that I hadn't seen in awhile and had lunch.

I do feel a whole lot less stressed and having some new things to wear is always nice.

Planning on doing all the things that I didn't do today tomorrow.

Soon we will have those gentle 100+ mph winds, a free sauna just outside of everyone's door, the soothing roar of generators, and my favorite a free insect collection for all.

I can't wait to see what my Windstorm insurance rate is this year. I'm just a half mile from the ocean on the west side of the Intercostal waterway so I'm in the state high risk pool which means I get to pay some of the highest rates in the state.

Mostly just a day of working for me. A friend drop by and we watched last night's Huff on the Tivo.

I see that Apple came out with the 17" MacBook Pro today. Base price is $2,799 which is almost a grand less then what I paid for the almost three year old 17" Powerbook that I'm using now.

Guess I'll be buying one soon since this is the laptop that I've been waiting for. I just wish the Adobe apps were already ported over.

Spent a good part of yesterday in my neighbor's pool listening to music and weed just shooting the shit with him as we floated around waiting for his Saturday courtesan to show up. When we finally got out we both realized that we had gotten pretty sunburned. I'm not that bad since most of my body was underwater in the spa part of the pool with just my back and arms burnt but he looks like a couple of very ripe tomatoes stacked on top of each other.

We ended up charing stuff on his gas flame pit. I charred some cow flesh for him and his girl, a Boca burger for me, and some corn and vegetables for all of us.

Did the gym thing today and now I'm home making the porn for today. Will probably end up at my neighbor's again late this afternoon and we may go to a swing club along with the girl from yesterday.

Sunny and warm here today. I did just about nothing today but relaxing and not much else. Ended up in my neighbor's pool and now we are all cooking on the grill and having dinner. I ended up with a rather sunburned back and arms but he looks like a vine ripened tomato.

On another note the electric pole in my backyard is so rotted that is sways in the wind. I finally got our electric company out to inspect it but now they claim the pole isn't theirs and belongs to the phone company. All I know is their 10,000+ volt line runs at the very top of the pole that set fire to my yard last month and all the rest of my services, cable, phone, electric, all run on it and if it falls over it is going to take all of my home's services with it. Going to call the public utilities commission on Monday about it.

Damn I can already feel the heat and humidity of our summer hell. Soon it will be a stream sauna outside and I'll be living inside going from an air conditioned building to an air conditioned car to another air conditioned building. It's kind of like living on an alien planet where you have to live inside of a habitat because the atmosphere is unlivable.

Just my usual day of making the porn, feeding on nourishment, watching the idiot box, listening to techno house music, and visits with people that I know for today's living adventure.

What if today is as good as it gets?

Yard guy got all my yard waste out to the street finally. My neighbors must love me. The pile goes the entire length of my property and takes up one lane of the street.

Did the gym once I was awake enough to function at a higher level then a lizard. Still trying to get caught up in work and a few other projects. Somehow this month has been a bit overwhelming and I've fallen behind in work and a few other projects.

Actually had to sit down first at the gym since when I first tried to start the treadmill. I felt like I was going to pass out. I'm pretty much over the flu but have yet to get my stamina back. Once I got warmed up I was fine but I'm still very weak from being sick.

Yard guy showed up this morning to start moving my monster pile of yard trimmings out to the street for bulk trash pickup on Monday. I'm guessing that once again I will take first place for the biggest ugliest pile of yard waste in front of my house. Sadly I'm already eyeing some more tree trimming for next month's bulk trash pickup.

It really is a beautiful day today but the summer heat and humidity can already be felt. Going to try to get done with most of today's work early enough to get out and enjoy some of the day before the sun sets.

Looked like it was going to rain earlier but now it is beautiful out.

Feeling a whole lot better. I guess I'm finally over this strange flu/cold/weird/whatever it was illness.

Not much on my list today except the usual web related work.

I am feeling a bit burnt out working as much as I have been lately so I may go down to the beach this evening and do a bit of walking along the strip and see what kind of trouble I can get into. Maybe something interesting enough to put in my Blog but I kind of doubt it.

Was up late last night watching old episodes of Farscape Peacekeeper Wars. Finally took some Tylenol PM to help me fall asleep and woke up with a Tylenol PM hangover.

Returned to the gym today. Other than that just a day of work and going to the grocery store again to pickup the few things that I forgot to get yesterday.

A friend of mine posted some pics from Vizcaya this weekend. I haven't been there in years but have been meaning to return again. Here are her pics. I thought they came out really well.

Hopefully now that Easter is over TV will return to normal non religious programing all over the place. Seemed like this last week just about ever channel I flipped to had some kind of history of the bible or Jesus being crucified or doom and gloom the world is coming to an end show. I even tried to watch The Passion Of Christ movie but don't make it for even ten minutes.

I liked the way the reflections looked in the pool so I took this pic and a few more.

Just about over this cold and feeling a lot better. Going to run some errands this morning and then back home to make the porn. Other than that not a lot going on. I can tell that I still have just a touch of this cold so don't want to do anything that makes me relapse again but I may start doing something with the monster flower pots that my neighbor gave me and have just been collecting trash in my backyard this afternoon after I get today's work done. Hoping to return to the gym tomorrow providing I don't wake up felling like crap again.

Went to touch up my roots this morning and realized that I was out of the hair dye that I normally use so I went through my draws and found a few old bottles of some other shades that I've used over the years and mixed a few up and applied. It should be just a dark shade of reddish brown but won't know until I've washed it and dried my hair. Hopefully it isn't going to come out some dreadful shade of eggplant or something. I just put it on my roots and did a few streaks so should be interesting.

No Easter eggs here but I I'm sure that my cats have hidden some hair balls and disemboweled lizards around the house.

Just another exciting day here of making the porn, grocery shopping, and doing a few other errands.

After work yesterday spent the rest of the day relaxing in my neighbor's spa until I turned into a raisin while listing to music. Seems to have really helped with feeling better but still not completely over this cold. Will probably do the same today.

It is another beautiful sunny day here today. This is the weather that we live down here for.

Not doing much of anything today except a bit of work and trying to get over this strange whatever it is that lots of folks seems to have here.

Neighbor liked my Vonage so much that he went out and bought it. Instead of getting the free modem that you just plug a phone into he bought the most expensive one that they sell that doesn't just have a phone jack but instead is the base station for their special cordless phones. Last I saw him he was still in manual hell and unable to get everything working after hours of fucking with everything. I don't get it... he always buys the most complicated stuff that is way too hard to use. Just to use his TVs you need like three remote controls and then still half the time I end up just waking over to it and turning the volume control by hand and forget about trying to put a movie on because that usual involves rebooting systems in at least two rooms and by the time the movie is actually playing I've lost interest. He bought these special universal remotes that are even more complicated and useless then just trying to deal with two or three remotes. Even his refrigerator is way too hard to use. It has six doors and you always have to open at least three or four just to get something to drink, munches, and some ice.

Espresso and Sudafed is now being served.

Got up, still feel not right, went back to bed, now I'm up again, still don't feel right. My neighbor, Angel, a few others that I know, myself, we all still have these strange mild flu like symptoms that come and go but never get you real sick and every time you think that you are over it you wake up feeling like crap again. Angel calls it the strange disease.

Went out back and dragged the rest of the palm tree trimmings to the pile in my front yard instead of doing the gym today. I still have a few small branches on my mango tree that need trimming and a couple of palms in my front yard but I'm pretty much done with tree trimming for this year's storm season. I'll probably wait until the city has taken this pile before doing anymore tree trimming since the pile is already far too big. Also my electric pole saw has gotten really dull so I need to pickup a new chain for it before it can be used again.

Other then running some errands this afternoon I'm just taking it easy for the rest of the day.

Wow this is amazingly complicated to coordinate with all the service providers.

Bellsouth woke me up at 7:30 AM to let me know that he was putting in my new line outside. Couldn't go back to sleep so guess I'll be drinking a lot of espresso today.

Phone guy wanted to just disconnect the existing line and use it for the new line. I had to tell him to leave the old line alone and to put in the new line as a second line. Seemed easy enough since I have a six line box outside my house and was only using one line. He seemed very surprised that I would take care of moving the two wires to the new line and that I had cleaned up all the wires in the box outside my home yesterday. Probably didn't help that he had woken me up and I was in a nightgown with big bed hair just looking all wrong.

Called Earthlink to have my ADSL service moved to the new number. Should have never mentioned Vonage to them because it confused them and they started going on about how they can't move DSL to a Vonage line. Finally explained that the new line was from Bellsouth and it was the old line that was getting moved to Vonage. Earthlink said it would take about a week to move the DSL. It was like pulling teeth to get Earthlink's Order ID number from them that Vonage wanted.

Sent an email to Vonage with Earthlink's confirmation number so that Vonage can begin moving my number to them. I wonder what the next issue will be in moving my phone number to Vonage...

Been using Vonage since yesterday and love it. It's really nice having calls ring both my home and cell at the same time plus every number that I call is now a local number.

Bought gas last night and I see it is once again over $3 a gallon. Good thing that I work at home and barely drive but I do need to buy almost 200 gallons before the start of hurricane season.

Instead of going to the gym I went out back with an electric pole saw and cut down all the really tall palms that were within reach of my house if a storm blows them around really hard. Still need to drag all the cuttings on the east side of my backyard to the front for bulk trash pickup. I also did a few of the mango tree branches that were hanging over my house. I'm going to be like so ready for this year's hurricane season. No more branches falling on my house. I still have a few more mango tree branches in my backyard and a few palms in my front yard to do. Going to try to get everything done this month. The whole west front side of my property behind my hedge is now a giant pile of tree trimmings that I need to somehow get to the street for bulk trash pickup.

The clouds have moved out and the sky is blue so it is looking to be a beautiful day today.

Went to dinner with my neighbor and a few friends really late last night. While I was at dinner Angel called me saying that her next door neighbor was drunk and was asking to suck her dick. I agreed with her that she shouldn't let him but did suggest to her that she should fuck him in the ass. I think Angle's neighbors are less then happy that they have a house full of trannies doing porn in their neighborhood or at least aren't happy that they aren't in the porn. Angel seems to have become the Demiurge of her neighborhood.

Vonage modem arrived today. I plugged it in to the power and my ethernet hub, and a phone into it and the phone worked.

Then I went outside and disconnected from the company and plugged the Vonage modem into my house's phone jack and all my house phones worked.

That was the easy part...
I had this big rat's nest of wires outside that is my house's phone wires that I needed to go through and figure out which ones went to my bedroom, living room, office, alarm system, and the ADSL modem. I was going to leave the alarm on the Vonage system since that seemed easiest but somehow in separating the ADSL modem wire from the rest of the house's wires nothing ended up working so I had to trace each wire by plugging a cordless phone into it and then testing which wires outside made that line work. Also the alarm system was wired in such a way that first my phone passed through it and then into my house so that it could hang up the line if it was busy and it needed to make a call.

Got everything hooked back up and working. Now there is just two sets of wires going to the phone company's box, one for the alarm and one for the ADSL modem.

Tomorrow Bellsouth is putting in a new line so that I can have Earthlink move the ADSL to it and then I can start the transfer of my phone number to Vonage.

In the meantime I forwarded my home number into the Vonage temp number that they gave me and everything seems to be working correctly.

Since I have Vonage set to ring my house and cell phone at the same time it's really nice the way if I'm on the phone both my call waiting and cell phone rings at the same time and then I can either answer it form my home phone or cell phone or just let my cell's voice mail get it.

I'm pretty exhausted from playing phone installer today so I'm going to just take it easy for the rest of the day and maybe do today's web work later tonight or maybe just skip today. It's a beautiful warm sunny day here so I think I'll get outside and enjoy it.

Wanted to sleep in this morning since I stayed up late last night but one of my cats decided that my feet made great toys and my other ones just wanted their food dispenser filled. The least the little fur balls could have done is made the espresso this morning.

The back of my neck feels like it has a bad sunburn. I wonder if this is what being a redneck feels like? The yellow is getting much more vibrant just like the tattoo guy said it would and it's looking really good.

Had to go over to Angel's place last night because her scanner wouldn't work. Turned it on for her.

At some point either today or tomorrow I need to go out back and do something with the mess of phone wires coming out of their box into my home before Bellsouth comes out to install my new phone line and bitches about the big mess I have back there. I really hate messing with this crap but someone that knows my system needs to do it and that pretty much just leaves me.

Rained so hard last night that it woke me up a few times and now it is once again raining very hard.

Florida lottery is up to fifty million so maybe I'll pickup a ticket so that I can say that I lost 50 million dollars.

Going to clean my house today and just do a bunch of other home type things.

Ordered Vonage yesterday but Vonage says they can not transfer my number because there is DSL on that line. So this morning I called Bellsouth and ordered the most basic phone line that was offered in my personal name to move the DSL service to. Phone call took forever because the woman kept on trying to sell me cell service, long distance service, phone features, jack service plans, DSL service, DirecTV service, and a bunch of other services to which I just kept on reminding her that I wasn't even going to plug a phone into this line. Basic no frills is 19.95 a month with taxes.

Logged into my Earthlink account and told them to disconnect my DSL service today and to move it to the new line on Thursday which is when new phone line suppose to be hooked up.

Replied to the Vonage email letting them know that I had arranged to remove the DSL service from the phone line that I'm moving to them. Now Vonage says they need a confirmation number but Earthlink doesn't give one. I guess once the DSL is no longer on that line they will then move it.

We are getting some much needed rain today. Not a lot so far but the sky is getting much darker now.

The back of my neck is a bit tender but really not bothering me at all. I noticed that even with my hair snatched up enough of the little curly hairs at my hairline pretty much hide my new tattoo with only the very bottom of it really showing. This is exactly what I was trying for some I'm very happy with my new body adornment.

Went to the gym, put my hair up as always, but if anyone noticed I didn't notice but I am very much in my own world when I'm there just jamming to the music from my iPod.

My Comcast internet service is back to giving me close to 6 megs download and 768 upload like it was before all this crap happened so I guess they have all the bugs worked out. I just placed my order for Vonage today. I'm curious if the Earthlink ADSL that I have on the line that I'm transferring will stay on or if I'm going to have to order a cheap no features line to carry my backup ADSL service.

Going to do a normal day of web work and then probably go visit a friend or something.

I gave my camera to his helper and had him shoot pics of me actually getting it done.

Took a little over a hour. The outline was pretty painful but the rest wasn't and it actually kind of felt good.

It was sunny but now the clouds are moving in so maybe we will get some much needed rain today. It would figure since yesterday I turned on all my sprinklers and replaced all the ones that weren't working properly.

Backyard looks nice now that I put everything back where it belongs. Now that sun gets to it the grass should grow real pretty. I Within the next month I'm going to start planting stuff in the big pots that my neighbor gave me and maybe make some trails or something. It's always a bit hard to get stuff home from Home Depot since my Vette doesn't make a very good truck at all.

After sleeping on it and looking at my design again I've decided to go with this design and am going over there to get it this afternoon. It is going on the back of my neck and I have a feeling it is going to be a bit painful but is there really any difference between pain and pleasure?

Cable modem keeps on going down for like five or ten minutes at a time so waiting to order Vonage until it is stable. They are suppose to come out again tomorrow to see why it is still not working properly.

Those who know me know that I'm a Mac user but like all Mac users sometimes I need to run a Windows program like being able to test my web pages in Windows IE.

A New Virtualization Product for the new Mactell machines from Apple has come out that allows you to run Windows or any OS within the Mac OS.

I installed this on my neighbor's Mactell 15" laptop yesterday. The whole install including installing Windows XP Pro version took under a hour. I accepted all the defaults and only had to change two afterwards. On the Virtualization software I had to tell it to use the laptop's real CD/DVD drive instead of a disk image and to use the laptop's wireless instead of the ethernet port.

It is basically just like the old VirtualPC software except it is fast, real fast. In fact faster then his PC tower that he has.

The window that it runs in resizes to whatever you set the Display control panel to in Windows XP and Windows XP works just like it would on a real PC.

Not sure how to access the right mouse click with the Mac's built-in track pad since it only has one button but there is probably a key combo given in the help files but a two button mouse works as expected. Don't get me started about Apple only putting one button on its stuff.

Just like VirtulalPC the "PC" is just a disk image so once you have everything setup the way you want you can then duplicate it in the Mac's OS for a backup. Then if your "PC" gets a virus or something you just throw this disk image away and use the clean backup. You can also have as many "PCs" running at once as you like with whatever OS you like. Also when you quit the "PC" you can save its state so next time it is ready instantly just the way you left it when you quit it.

This is fantastic software.

Other then getting neck art not a lot going on today for me. If the weather stays nice I may go down to the beach or just go hang out at the neighbor's pool afterwards.

Went to another tattoo place this evening and got a good feeling about this place and looking at the guy's work he is very talented. Showed him my design and he pointed out a few technical problems with it.

Really I wasn't completely happy with it anyway so after leaning what was posable and what wasn't and what might not hold up well over time and a few other things I went back to the computer. After a bunch of different designs all revolving around what I wanted I came up with this design.

I wanted something Celtic or Tribal but I also wanted some color. I really liked the symmetry of the triple crescent. I had added the sun around it to add some color but felt it took away from the symmetry of it. So I moved the color into the triple crescent and did away with the sun design behind it altogether which also allowed me to make it bigger.

Dropped back by the tattoo place. He was busy doing someone but did take a fast look and also liked the design. I'm suppose to go there around noon tomorrow to get it done.

While looking for design ideas I did find some interesting meanings to the triple crescent design. It was the emblem of Diane de Poitiers. It is also known as the Triple Goddess representing the three aspects of the moon (waxing, waning, and full) and womankind (mother, maiden, crone), as well as the Lady, or Goddess, the feminine polarity of the universe. I thought that one was kind of kewl.

Went to the gym and once I broke though wanting to just leave got really into it and feel great.

I get home to see that my mango tree is touching the power lines and arcing so I call FPL to let them know. Seems it doesn't matter that the same thing with another tree caused a fire last week and the best they can do it put me on a list for an inspection within the next fourteen days. Unfucking believable

Then I call Comcast cable to see why my freshly fixed cable modem is way slower then before all the problems. They are sending a tech out on Sunday again.

Oh yeah... someone is calling insurance agencies and requesting quotes with my name and phone number so I'm getting all these crazy calls today with insurance quotes and also I'm getting text messaged with phone numbers from people who say they didn't page me.

At least a meteorite hasn't fallen from the sky on me and my tits have not exploded.

Up too early because one of my cats was kind enough to bring me breakfast in bed. Somehow lizard in bed just doesn't cut it for my idea of breakfast so I put the little guy go out the front door.

Tree guy replaced the burnt up fencing and finished trimming the other tree. He is coming back today to finish cleaning up my backyard.


I have the biggest pile of tree trimmings ever in my front yard behind my hedge now that somehow has to be moved to the street for bulk trash pickup on the forth Monday of this month.

Tree branch fell on one of the outlets that I have in my backyard breaking the PVC that went to it. An empty bird seed container with the bottom cut off, some bricks, and a can of foam and it is better then new. Going to put some pots around it to hide it and let the vines grow over it.

Comcast finally got my cable modem working but my speed is not what it was. The tech said that I still have lots of problems on my line but had no idea when they would be fixed. Going to call Comcast later today and bitch like hell. Going to order Vonage in the next day or so providing that my cable modem stays on.

Doing the gym today and probably I'll hit a club tonight see what kind of trouble I can find.

Another warm and sunny beautiful day here today.

Wanted to sleep in but the roar of chain saws outside my window, the chunking of ladders, and men on poles screaming to each other got me up for the day.

Still no Comcast modem but their trucks are all over my neighborhood and they are up on the poles.

Tree guy is working on tree number two and then I'm having him replace the part of the fence that caught fire. The two guys that are my next door neighbor are having him do their fence too plus he is trimming some trees for them as well.

Today would be a gym day but with all the stuff going on around my house and the fact that I'm really sore from the last workout I think I'm going to wait until tomorrow.

I need to go talk to some tattoo places about that tattoo that I want done. I'll probably start doing that later today. Also need to go by Home Depot for some house crap but no hurry on that so I may or may not get around to it today.

It's another warm beautiful day here today so maybe I'll go relax at my neighbor's pool this afternoon again.

Comcast has still not fixed me cable modem.

Tree trimmer trimmed my tree yesterday so at least one less thing to worry about next storm.

It should look really nice once it has filled out again.

Another warm beautiful day here. We are actually having a drought but because of all the storms last year lake Okeechobee and our underground aquifer have plenty of water if not too much water so this is about as pleasant as it gets since no rain mean no mosquitoes or humidity and just sunny days. Plus the real heat of summer has not arrived yet.

Returned to the gym today for the first time since getting sick with a cold, really been missing it. I'm still weak from being sick but pushed through and did a full workout. It hurt like hell and I felt like I was just going to collapse a few times but I feel great now.

After I finished work yesterday spent the rest of it relaxing in my neighbor's pool. Then he turned me on top a couple of series on Showtime, Huff and Penn & Teller Bullshit, that I've now told my Tivo to catch each week. I seem to be spending a great deal of time with my neighbor these days. I guess it is partly because I have more leisure time thee days and party because he dumped the Asian girl that he was spending most of his time with. It's just nice to have someone to do stuff with.

Comcast still has not fixed my internet.

Had planned on returning to the gym today but woke up with a scratchy throat, stuffed up nose, and feeling still a bit sick. This is the cold that doesn't really get you real sick but also just lasts and lasts.

Cable modem is still not fixed. Comcast said today but they have said that ever day for the last few days.

Tree people just came to my door to tell me that now they are planning on doing the work next weekend instead of last weekend. The untrimmed large tree in my backyard was a dead give away that it had not been done last weekend.

Nice to see Jenna Jameson is doing mainstream Adidas shoe commercials but you would think that she would be at least be wearing Adidas shoes in the commercial.

Just a day of work and a few errands for me today. Maybe if I get done with everything early enough I'll go lay out at the beach for a little while and breath in some salt air and get some of this beautiful sunshine.

Went out with my neighbor and a Brazilian girl to a Brazilian restaurant named Chima Brazilian Steakhouse last night. Being a vegetarian I wasn't all that thrilled with going to anyplace with steakhouse in their name and I know that my Brazilian friends tend to eat meat with a side order of meat followed by more meat but the restaurant did have a really nice huge salad bar with way more selection that I could possibly sample so all was good. It was unique in that each person has a plastic chip on the table where you sit and depending on if you have the yes side or no side facing up the food servers keep on coming to your table with more meat on a rotisserie stick cutting meat for you. Mine was kept turned to the no side the whole time but I watched my two eating companions eat more meat then I thought was humanly possible.

Waiting for Comcast cable to show up this morning to once again try to fix my cable modem. I'm so over trying to get it fixed that if it wasn't for the fact that it is about the fastest internet that you can get here I would tell them to fuck off. Other then that not much going on. Will probably take today off like I did yesterday and spend the day at my neighbor's pool not doing much of anything.

Guess Comcast cable will be here today to fix my cable modem since they called three times yesterday to confirm. Ordering Vonage once I'm sure that it's working properly.

Mostly over this cold and all caught up in work so I'm going to take the day off and relax in my neighbor's pool. It's another beautiful day here, sunny and warm with no chance of rain.

Getting a small tattoo on the back of my neck soon. Still going around to a few of the tattoo places where I live getting ideas for designs. I'm designing it myself and so far this is this is the design that I've come up with. I'll probably still refine it more and I need to work within what is possible to do so I'm going to go talk to a few more of the tattoo artist this weekend but it is close to what I want.
