Did the gym thing… Am I still alive? 
Made it to the gym. 
Felt like I was going to keel over and die on a few of the machines but did a full workout. There is some kind of haze in the air today and it's irritating my nose, eyes, and throat and giving me cold like symptoms. Didn't help that I didn't get a full night's sleep last night due to working until about 3 am this morning. I think I'm going to forgo working today and just take the rest of the day off and relax, maybe go swim in my neighbor's pool.
